Split Snatch via CrossFit.com

Today is the last day to hand in money.

Most likely not going to the library because no one else has contacted me. If you are planning on getting one and haven't given me money contact me asap. My number was posted in the comments section.


Split Snatch work. Use light weight and work on form.

Didn't even bother with split snatches. haha

Warm up: 5-3-X
Deadlift: Got up 295# twice
Shoulder Press: Got up 135# x4

My squatting and deadlifting are real weak-- I really need to strengthen the lower. Any pointers or just keep at it?
