Partner Workout:
As a team, complete 5 rounds for time:
20 ring dips
30 Burpees
50 walking lunges
Sprint 4 lengths of the room (each person)

Late night Wods today. First, 10rds for completion, 1 snatch balance at 155lb.

Then on the minute for 12 minutes: 1 power clean @ 205lb (80% 1RM) and 1 round of Cindy.

Then 5-4-3-2-1 of HSPU, Box Jumps @ 42", and KB Swings @ 1.5pood.
