Last night's wod: 4rds, ea for rounds, 3min on/1min off.
Begin ea 3min round with 3 clean & jerks @ 135lb..then AMRAP cindy.
1) 5rds + 5/10/5
2) 5rds + 5/0/0
3) 4rds + 5/10/0
4) 3rds + 5/10/0
The pushups just crushed me by the end. Having to break them up into 6/2/2. Was a really fun ass kicker that I recommend.
Ps- Dlo, I only workout 3 days a week, but each day is twice a day. Strength & skills in the morning. And a met-con afternoon/night. I do 3 weeks on, 1 week off. So this upcoming week is a rest week. Strongman baby.
