My apartment was without internet for the last 4-5 days. So I just saw the video on mainsite! It's awesome! Going to workout around 5pm at the Pete tonight if anyone is interested. Heavy front squats and bar muscle up practice are on the menu, and then a met-con to be named!
Panther CrossFit is a student organization at Pitt. We started as a couple guys just going to the gym together and we grew from there. We follow the CrossFit methodology of training, which entails high intensity workouts . We usually follow the main site's prescribed WOD (Workout Of the Day), but occasionally we might change it up. The workouts are brutal but somehow we have fun doing them. Look at the pictures and the WODs posted to get a get a feel for what we are all about. We are at the gym 6 days a week, and the club "meetings" are held every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm where announced. Stop by and check it out.

Also, Wednesday..in the AM: 5min AMRAP, 3 Deadlifts @ 275lb, 7 push press @ 115lb...7rds, + 3DL + 4PP.
At night, 100 burpee pullups for time: 11:08
^^i don't ever want to do that one again.
PS- that reebok commercial is sick. Suck it haters.
Tonight..on the minute for 15min, 3 front squats @ 280lb (80% 1RM)..then 10rds for time: 15 deadlifts @ 135lb & 15 pushups...11:32.
