Resting 60 seconds in between sets:
Complete 10 SETS of 2 REPS for the Press.

The idea here is to pick a weight that is challenging but that you believe you can get both reps every set for all ten sets in a row. Do not increase weight each set.

This morning..6x2 squat snatch @ 135lb..then 15min on the minute: 1 front squat at 325lb (93% 1RM)..3x6ea side lateral toes to bar & 3x10 GHD raise
