Panther CrossFit is a student organization at Pitt. We started as a couple guys just going to the gym together and we grew from there. We follow the CrossFit methodology of training, which entails high intensity workouts . We usually follow the main site's prescribed WOD (Workout Of the Day), but occasionally we might change it up. The workouts are brutal but somehow we have fun doing them. Look at the pictures and the WODs posted to get a get a feel for what we are all about. We are at the gym 6 days a week, and the club "meetings" are held every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm where announced. Stop by and check it out.
