75 pound Back squat, 50 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents
75 pound Back squat, 40 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents
75 pound Back squat, 30 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
75 pound Back squat, 20 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
75 pound Back squat, 10 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascents

This morning..10-15minutes practicing bar muscle ups

Then OHS 4x3 @ 145 (70% 1RM), 155 (75%), 165 (80%), 175(f2) (85%)..4rds, not for time..10 reps ea, 75lb SDHP & Toes to Bar


Around 530, going to the Pete to do one that Bonecrusher did a few weeks back.

4rds, 3min on/1min off. Ea for reps.

3 clean & jerks, then AMRAP cindy.

My goal, black out.

Stolen from Bonecrusher that he posted earlier. Substituted 24" box jump though.

Tabata for each

Pull ups - 8
Push ups - 8
Box Jump - 8
Sit Ups - 10

Then did 5 rounds of 3 minutes on a punching bag
