Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!

GROUP WORKOUT

Meet at the Panther by the Pete stairs at 1:00 p.m.


With a partner
For time:
-Buddy carry up the first level of stairs
-Broad Jump to the first pillar
-30 Burpees as a team at that pillar
-Lunge to the next pillar
-20 HSPU as a team on that pillar (or cumulative 90 second handstand hold as a team or another sub if necessary)
-Bear crawl to the last pillar
-100 double unders as a team
-Switch buddy carry up the last set of stairs.

**Rest=3 minutes. Walk back and repeat at bottom for a total of 3 rounds.
